Responsibilities Responsibilities for a Legal Trainee in the Banking & Finance practice may include supporting attorneys in client matters, preparing documents, conducting legal research, and assisting with due diligence. Qualifications Italian Law Degree with a minimum score of 105/110. At least 6 months of proven comparable law firm experience in Banking & Finance. Experience abroad (e.g., Erasmus, LLM) is preferred. High level of English (Certificate C1). Other foreign languages are a plus. Vocation and motivation for exercising the legal profession. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Global mindset and team player attitude. Ability to adapt to an international environment and eagerness to grow professionally and personally with us. Proficient use of Microsoft Office and familiarity with IT tools. Enrollment in the firm's training plan. Competitive rewarding package. A clearly structured career path.
