FP&A Specialist La risorsa riporterà direttamente all'FP&A Manager e sarà un elemento chiave per supportare l'intero ciclo di planning, reporting e analisi delle performance a livello di Gruppo con un focus specifico sulla gestione e l'analisi dei Costi Operativi (OPEX). Principali attività Supportare la preparazione e il coordinamento del processo di Budgeting Annuale e Rolling Forecast a livello di Gruppo Collaborare alla gestione delle Chiusure Gestionali Mensili e alla preparazione della reportistica periodica Gestire l'analisi dettagliata, il controllo e il monitoraggio dei costi operativi (OPEX), collaborando attivamente con i responsabili di funzione per assicurarne l'efficienza e l'allineamento al budget Assistere nello sviluppo e nel mantenimento di KPI finanziari e operativi, contribuendo alla creazione di dashboard e reportistica direzionale Contribuire all'analisi e alla corretta allocazione dei costi, supportando la funzione di Contabilità Analitica Supportare l'elaborazione del cash-flow previsionale e l'analisi degli scostamenti Fornire analisi finanziarie e supporto decisionale alle funzioni aziendali Partecipare a progetti speciali volti al miglioramento dei processi FP&A e dei sistemi informativi Competenze richieste Esperienza pregressa di 2-3 anni in ruoli di FP&A, Controllo di Gestione o Revisione, preferibilmente in Gruppi Manifatturieri B2 C strutturati Buona conoscenza dei principi di contabilità analitica, budgeting, forecasting e analisi delle varianze Ottima conoscenza di Excel e dimestichezza con la modellistica finanziaria Familiarità con il sistema ERP JD Edwards, Tool di Financial Planning e strumenti di Business Intelligence sarà considerata un plus Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (scritta e parlata) Forte orientamento al risultato, proattività, autonomia, eccellenti capacità analitiche e attitudine al lavoro di squadra e al Business Partnering Sede di lavoro : Turate (CO) L'offerta di lavoro si intende rivolta a candidati ambosessi in ottemperanza al D.
