About the Role:

We are currently looking for a talented candidate in the Asset & Cash Flow Control Planning & Analysis Department as an Assets & Cash Flow Controller.

The candidate will work in a highly dynamic and international environment within Ferrero.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinates Discretionary Cash Flow planning & controlling process, interacting with all Functions involved.
  • Collect and validate all relevant cash flow data necessary for the planning process from different local Departments.
  • Ensure the finalization of the Cash Flow Budget/Forecast planning process in accordance with Group Calendar.
  • Analyze the actual data and explain the variances vs. planning (BDG / Forecast).
  • Analyze and monitor the Key drivers in DCF generations (Region P&L, Balance Sheet, Stock).
  • Interacts with the Region Commercial, Industrial & Supply Chain Controlling, Administration, Credit Management, Tax, and Treasury to explain deviations and Budgetary assumptions. Ensure compliance with the procedures for loading the Cash Flow data (actual and Budget/Forecasts) into the Reporting Systems.
  • Liaises with all Functions involved to optimize stock management in the Polo Italia.
  • Interact with DCF Group function to coordinate input and analysis.
Who we are looking for:
  • Master Degree in Economics & Accounting.
  • PhD is considered as a plus.
  • Knowledge of Cash Flow, Asset Accounting, and Investment is needed.
  • 3-5 years of experience in similar roles.
  • Problem-solving, decision-making, and teamwork skills are considered mandatory for the role.
  • Organizational Integration and network.
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and aptitude for teamwork.
  • High fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Knowledge of Fedora Platform is considered as a plus.
  • Availability for business trips.
