AGCO is a part of the solution Join us to make your contribution.The resource, reporting directly to the Assembly Manager, will coordinate the assigned team in order to achieve the main production objectives set by management, in terms of quality, production volumes, productivity, and service level.Your ImpactManage the department ensuring efficiency and optimal use of resources.Apply to company regulations and directives. Coordinate and develop assigned personnel, fostering professional growth.Ensure compliance with safety standards and accident prevention. Interface with other departments (logistics, quality, production engineering) to meet production needs.Promote continuous improvement and the application of Lean Manufacturing principles.Monitor department performance and implement corrective actions.Your Experience and QualificationsDiploma or Degree in technical disciplines (preferably mechanical or industrial).1–2 years of experience in Team Leader or similar roles, preferably in mechanical component assembly companies.Knowledge of Lean methodologies and continuous improvement tools (e.g., 5S, Kaizen).Problem-solving skills and ability to manage operational issues.Attractive, fair remuneration including participation in our bonus scheme.Balance of work, family and free time due to flexible working time and the possibility of remote work.Private health insurance with partial coverage of some medical expenses.Canteen with meal allowance.Your WorkplaceYou will work in hybrid mode from our Breganze site.We value inclusion and recognize the innovation a diverse workforce delivers to our farmers.
