Role Description This is a part-time remote role for a Back Office Assistant. The Back Office Assistant is responsible for supporting daily operations and administrative tasks, ensuring efficient workflows, and maintaining effective communication within the team. Typical tasks include organizing and maintaining records, providing administrative support, assisting with back office operations, and handling queries related to customer service with professionalism. Qualifications Proficiency in Back Office Operations and Administrative Assistance Strong Analytical Skills to support operational decision-making Strong Communication and Customer Service abilities to effectively manage interactions and address inquiries Organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks Familiarity with common office software and tools Adaptability and a proactive approach to problem-solving Previous experience in a back office or administrative role is an advantage
