You'll lead an agile design team to craft an unboxing experience that balances simplicity, accessibility, and sustainability while creating customer delight. You'll develop global and regional packaging designs from creative briefs, collaborating across Industrial Design, Packaging Engineering, UX, Brand, and Research teams. You'll navigate technical constraints while delivering elegant solutions that align with strategic design vision. Your role encompasses both high-level creative direction and hands‑on design oversight, from initial concept development throughout the full product life cycle.You’ll lead packaging design initiatives spanning devices, accessories, and emerging markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $190,100 per year in our lowest geographic market up to $295,800 per year in our highest geographic market.
