We are looking for a candidate to fill the role of Civil Project Leader at Proeco Srl in a new opening in Milan.QualificationsLaurea in Ingegneria Civile – Strutture; esperienza ≥10 anni in progettazione e coordinamento di commesse civili/strutturali in ambito industriale complesso (Oil&Gas, Chimico, Power).Solida conoscenza di calcolo strutturale e dei principali tool (es. STAAD, Midas); confidenza con ambienti BIM e software di model review (es. Navisworks).Padronanza codici/standard internazionali, NTC 2018 ed Eurocodici; capacità di presidiare tempi, qualità tecnica e budget ore.Esperienza di coordinamento team interni/fornitori, interfaccia con PM/PE e cliente; inglese fluente; disponibilità a brevi trasferte.ResponsibilitiesThe Civil Project Leader will guide the development of civil engineering, ensuring adherence to technical and contractual requirements, planning and balancing workloads, hours and economic objectives, and accurately monitoring KPI of the project.The Civil Project Leader will coordinate multidisciplinary teams and external suppliers, interfacing with PM/PE and client throughout the project cycle, supervising the design of foundations and structures in elevation (c.a./carpenteria metallica) and the related document cycle.
