Lecturer / Senior Lecturer – Education Focussed – AGSM UNSW Position: Lecturer (Level B) / Senior Lecturer (Level C)Duration: Two‑year, Tenure‑TrackEmployment type: Full‑time – 35 hours per weekLocation: Kensington, NSW, Australia (Hybrid Flexible Working)Remuneration: Level B from A$127,947 and Level C from A$155,403 (plus 17% superannuation and leave loading) About the Role Teach postgraduate teaching and learning experiences for business leaders. Design, develop and deliver innovative learning activities and assessments. Mentor students and support their success through consultation. Contribute to course administration, quality assurance and academic governance. Engage in professional development in pedagogical practice and disciplinary knowledge. Additional Responsibilities for Senior Lecturers (Level C) Lead curriculum development and educational innovation initiatives. Mentor colleagues, fostering a culture of teaching excellence. Build industry links and seek funding for learning and teaching projects. About You PhD in a relevant discipline (e.g., AI and business analytics, finance, economics, marketing, strategy, sustainability, or other business fields). Demonstrated excellence in teaching and curriculum design. Evidence of educational innovation and student engagement. Strong interpersonal, collaborative and organisational skills.
