We are urgently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a leading insurance organization in Italy, driving Salesforce adoption and optimizing insurance sales processes. Remote role – occasional on-site presence in Milan or Bologna. Key Responsibilities: Ensure methodological consistency, operational continuity, and data-driven management of Salesforce adoption projects. Manage risk activities and proactively identify, elevate, and resolve potential issues. Lead project governance, including Steering Committee and Core Team activities. Align training and communication content with evolving business functions. Integrate feedback from the sales network and internal stakeholders for continuous improvement. Support implementation projects with a strong focus on business and functional processes. Requirements: 1–2 years’ experience working in an insurance company , preferably with exposure to Italian market operations. 4–5+ years' of proven project management experience , ideally in CRM or Salesforce implementations. Strong risk management, operational excellence, and cross-functional leadership skills. Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred candidates located in Milan or Bologna. Contract Details: Start: January 2026 (target start date: Monday, 19th January) Duration: 6–12 months, with potential extension Urgent requirement – profiles needed ASAP Interested?
