Company Description Vaily is an early-stage venture focused on immersive VR experiences at the intersection of travel, emotions, and personal transformation.We’re building something new, not following existing models.Role Description We’re looking for a VR / XR Developer to join an early-stage project as a technical co-founder.You’ll help design and build an immersive VR experience from the ground up, turning abstract concepts and emotions into interactive worlds.This is not a standard job role. It’s a builder position for someone who wants to create, experiment, and shape the product vision.RequirementsExperience with VR / XR developmentStrong skills in Unity or Unreal EngineSolid programming background (C#, C++, or similar)Interest in immersive storytelling and experience designEntrepreneurial mindsetNoteInternational profiles welcomeUS-based developers strongly preferred
