Job Responsibilities Within the Retail department and under the supervision of the Boutique Manager, you will serve as Assistant Boutique Manager and personify the brand’s vision for an international clientele. Key Responsibilities Team Management and Leadership Support daily team management and step into the Boutique Manager’s role in their absence. Train staff to enhance skills and ensure their professional development. Maintain efficient functioning by planning schedules and providing solutions during unexpected situations. Sales Performance Showcase products to emphasize brand value and ensure excellent customer experience. Use established sales processes to guide every customer interaction. Conduct sales activities personally and oversee team performance within the boutique. Utilize tools provided to retain customers. Operational Management Organize store layout while adhering to set schedules. Manage cash operations, including opening/closing registers and handling cash drawer collections. Monitor stock levels and coordinate orders with the Boutique Manager. Maintain pristine condition of sales areas through product display arrangement, cleanliness, and maintenance. Candidate Profile Dynamic and cheerful disposition. Previous luxury retail sales experience preferred. Strong verbal skills and an aptitude for communication and observation. Curious about beauty, products, and the Buly 1803 maison. Enjoys cultivating lasting relationships with clients. Fluent in English required; additional languages are a plus.
