Help Desk Specialist / Customer Service – Level 2Action ICT, a growing specialist ICT services provider, is seeking a Help Desk specialist to support our customer service operations. The position is based in Bologna, with partial smart‑working.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and analyse customer issues reported via ticketing system.Escalate tickets to the relevant technical teams for resolution.Coordinate with all stakeholders to resolve incidents.Prepare incident reports and documentation.Qualifications & Skills1–6 years of experience in 2nd level Help Desk or similar role.Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.Good understanding of Trouble‑Shouting logic.Experience with ticketing systems and the Office suite (Excel).Excellent communication skills and team‑working attitude.Knowledge of SQL, Android and iOS is an added value.Employment DetailsLocation: Bologna – partial smart working.Position: 1.Contract: Permanent.Salary: Commensurate with experience.Seniority LevelEntry levelEmployment TypeFull‑timeJob FunctionInformation Technology – IT Services and Consulting#J-18808-Ljbffr
