Bridgestone and its subsidiaries develop, manufacture and market a wide range of Bridgestone, Firestone and associate brand products and solutions to address the needs of a broad range of customers and industries.ABOUT THE ROLEWe are looking for a newly graduate in Engineering to support our Team during a Maternity Leave; the candidate will work with the Central Health and Safety Team operating in various business environment (R&D, logistic, manufacturing, Retail, Sales) and geographical Regions; needs to be agile and open to cooperation with Teammates with different culture and background.She / He will be part of a Team based in Rome with multidisciplinary skills, in a highly collaborative group in which each member brings his/her capabilities to contribute to the group scope.She / He will support the Management System PDCA drumbeat, learning how to use the HS digital platform and then providing support to the local entities for their daily activities.By gathering data and analyzing them, will calculate KPI’s and prepare reports for different stakeholders.AccountabilitiesSupport data gathering and data analysis to develop leading and lagging indicators to monitor and drive Health and Safety programs.Support the development of training material.Support the development of multimedia products to promote health and safety programs.Support the user with the HS digital platform data management.Educational BackgroundUniversity Degree in Engineering.Technical & soft skillsCollaboration and TeamworkAbility to LearnInteracting EffectivelyPerformance DrivenProblem SolvingMicrosoft Office 365.LanguagesFluency in written and spoken EnglishKnowledge of other languages is a plus.Position is based at the BSEMIA Technical Center in Rome, Italy.WHAT WE OFFERAt Bridgestone, what really matter is to foster co-creation opportunities and empowering you to be creative and curious to make mobility safer, more efficient, and more sustainable for future generations.
