Make your mark for patientsTo strengthen our Immunology Rheuma Bone department we are looking for a talented individual to fill the position of: Product Specialist Rheuma Bone – Calabria & Basilicata, Italy.About the roleAs a Product Specialist for Rheuma Bone, your role involves identifying and cultivating meaningful partnerships with influential figures in the scientific community to create new avenues for patient benefit. Additionally, you will be tasked with promoting UCB's products to relevant stakeholders within the designated territory of Puglia.You will work withYou will collaborate closely with several teams of the company such as MSLs, Area Leads, Market Access and also with key external stakeholders with the goal to identify the right patient profile for our therapeutic options.What you will doDefining and driving the UCB activities on your territory and coordinating with the local field team composed by yourself, MSL and Field Access PartnerImplement and deliver solutions to the relevant ecosystem/stakeholdersCollect and share insights from the ecosystem, proposing proactively possible solutions to be implemented in the ecosystemIn order to facilitate the access for UCB products, engage non-clinical stakeholders in selected accountsBe responsible for updating and filling, timely and in proper manner, Orbit platform for reporting purposesBuilding relationships with the health care professionals and health care structures for the activity of Pharmaceutical Scientific InformationBeing responsible of the activity plan execution in the own territory accounts in respect of the laws, the ethics and compliance governing the pharma professionalsInterested? For this position you’ll need the following education, experience and skillsBachelor’s degree.At least 2 years’ experience in a similar roleItalian

and English: good level in reading, speaking, writing and understandingIdeally, the profile should reside in Cosenza to facilitate efficient travel and ensure comprehensive coverage of both regionsRecognize and assesses opportunities and challenges within the medical, scientific, and therapeutic domains, proposing suitable improvementsActively contribute to and take responsibility for patient solution development and implementationAnalyze changes and trends in health ecosystems, policy and legislation identifying new developments that optimize patient accessConsider the impact on and alignment with the organization when setting goals, making decisions and organizing activities and uses knowledge of drug life cycle to inform decision-makingUnderstand the internal organization and communicates effectively across the internal matrix and strives to understand alternative perspectivesUnderstand the need for patient insights in engagement with regards to the patient journey including unmet needs, preferences, and behaviorsManage available resources and processes needed to secure them and considers patient value when making resource decisionsCoordinate and synthesize thinking around innovative solutionsDemonstrates a strong willingness to adapt to change and readily embraces new challenges, showcasing flexibility and a proactive approach to evolving circumstancesAre you ready to ‘go beyond’ to create value and make your mark for patients?
