FINANCIAL ACCOUNTANT

Our customer is an international company which is a part of an important corporate group. We are looking for a Financial Accountant who will support Finance Director in compliance with all financial regulations and internal policies on the local level. You will be in charge of: Strategic Financial Business Management (providing financial insight, support in definition of improvement actions); Accounting and financial closing (asset register accounting, cooperation with external auditors); Preparation of local financial statements (local GAP and Swiss Gap FER); Tax Management (supporting correct VAT calculation and declaration); Risk Management & Internal Control System (supporting risk management in market, credit, liquidity and operational, ESG and in applying internal risk controls); Supporting in local CAPEX management according to group guidelines and DoA; Supporting for CAPEX evaluation with preparation of Business Cases; Supporting in in monthly analysis and adjustment of inventory (raw material, semi-finished, finished goods, Work in Progress); Treasury & Financing (supporting in local bank & insurance management); Management Reporting to Business Unit and Group Management; Supporting in in development of digitalized processes and lead projects; Supporting for importing and validation of data. Requirements Degree in finance, economics, accounting, mathematics, or related discipline; 3-5 years of experience in finance and controlling roles in an international environment; Experience in the manufacturing industry and in international companies; Deep Expertise in accounting (local gap and international gap); Fluent English; Expertise in liquidity / cash flow management and bank warranties; Expertise in customs operation and VAT exemption declaration; Expertise in managing company registers; Expertise in investment / CAPEX management (Business Case planning, CAPEX planning, Project Controlling, Impact Controlling); Expertise in digitalization, business transformation and tool use for efficient and effective financial and business process implementation.
