We are looking for an experienced System Administrator with a strong DevOps background to manage and optimize our infrastructure, ensure smooth operations, and support development pipelines. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with CI/CD, containerization, Linux administration, and database management.RequirementsMaster’s degree with 11+ years of relevant experience orBachelor’s degree with 15+ years of relevant experienceStrong experience with GitLab CI/CD and server managementExpertise in Docker and container orchestrationSolid knowledge of automation tools, preferably AnsibleProven experience in Linux administration, especially Ubuntu LTSDeep understanding of PostgreSQL, including backup strategies and replicationKnowledge of backup and restore policies and best practicesBasic networking knowledge, including troubleshooting and configurationExcellent problem‑solving skills and ability to provide end‑user supportStrong communication skills to work effectively with cross‑functional teamsResponsibilitiesManage and maintain GitLab CI/CD servers and pipelinesImplement and manage containerized applications using DockerAutomate routine tasks using AnsibleAdminister and maintain Swarm clusters and other DevOps environmentsManage Linux systems (Ubuntu LTS), ensuring stability, security, and performanceMaintain PostgreSQL databases, including backups (Barman), replication (master‑slave), and restore proceduresImplement and enforce backup and restore policies across systemsProvide day‑to‑day end‑user support for infrastructure‑related issuesMonitor, troubleshoot, and optimize network configurations and connectivityCollaborate with development and operations teams to support deployment and automation needsWhat we offerDirect cooperation with the already successful, long‑term, and growing project.Flexible work arrangements.Collaborative and supportive team culture.Truly competitive salary.Help and support from our caring HR team.#J-18808-Ljbffr
