Adecco Italia SpA is looking for an Admin Payroll Coordinator for a global company leader in innovative technology solutions, products, services and intelligent systems.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:Payroll Management• Definition of data to be managed by GlobalView Payroll system to generate payslip• Consistency checks between payslip system (ADP Globalview) and Resources management system (Workday)• Data entry to feed payslip process (e.g. awards, illness, reimbursement, …)• Coordinate with external consultants (ADP, …) and input data to the system related to deduction and welfare• Knowledge of contribution and tax mechanisms in order handle and check the payslip in line with the Italian regulations, as well as the knowledge to investigate possible new rule• Knowledge of accountability mechanism linked to the labor cost• Knowledge of the Italian website used in order to manage the employments and solve possible issues (Inps, Agenzia delle entrate, Ministero del lavoro).• Knowledge of Italian labor related contractual obligations• Knowledgeable of EU General Data Protection Regulation• Management of topics linked to the payroll cycle (pension found, health found, time and attendance rules)Staff Data Management• Personnel statistics (productivity, vacation, illness, due for several reasons e.g. requests from the HQ, work-related stress checks, connected with EHS, etc.)• Insertion of Illness certifications in ADP• General control of hours/time for employees (extra time, …)• Keeping staff data up-to-date in personnel data base• ADP Troubleshooting and help desk• Annual salary certification• Insurance fund management (payments, consistency checks, …)Skills/Experience/Knowledge:• 6/7 years of progressive experience;• Good knowledge of the English language• Proficient in Microsoft tools (Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)• Inclination for team working;• Ability to work under trough timelines and deliver on time;• Accuracy in carrying out tasks assigned.National Collective Labor Agreement: Commercio , Level 2Additional benefits: Meal vouchers (8 EUR),Based RomaLingue conosciute:Inglese: Comprensione BuonoDisponibilità oraria: Full Time
