Overview Job Description Epta International is a global leader in commercial refrigeration offering sustainable and innovative solutions for the retail, food & beverage and hospitality industries. We design, manufacture, and service a wide range of refrigeration systems and technologies that help our customers operate more efficiently and responsibly. With a strong presence across Europe and beyond, our Budapest office plays a vital role in supporting key business operations for EMEA markets. As we continue to expand, we are looking for Croatian-speaking colleagues to join our team in Hungary—whether you are just starting out or ready for your next professional challenge. Responsibilities Provide top-quality support to our Italian-speaking customers via phone and email Manage service requests, schedule maintenance visits, and coordinate technician activities Log and track cases accurately in our internal systems Communicate effectively with colleagues, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth operations Collaborate across shifts to keep everything running seamlessly Qualifications Near-native skills in Croatian with at least intermediate English Strong communication and problem-solving skills Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, even in busy moments Comfortable working in a dynamic, multinational environment Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Outlook); Salesforce experience is a plus Be located in Hungary or willing to relocate Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; enthusiasm, curiosity, and a can-do attitude matter most Why Join Epta International BSC?
