E-Commerce Operations• Manage the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platform, ensuring smooth functionality, accurate product listings, and seamless updates.2. Sales Growth• Develop and execute strategies to increase online revenue, optimize conversion rates, and drive customer retention.• Identify sales trends and opportunities through detailed data analysis.3. Customer Experience• Design and implement a user-friendly, visually engaging online shopping experience that reflects our brand identity.• Continuously test and refine the customer journey to enhance satisfaction and reduce friction.4.
