Procurement Associate (Fixed-Term Contract) Position: Procurement Associate Location: Atessa (Italy) Hybrid work Contract Type: Fixed-term contract of 2 years About Us: Syngenta Biologicals is a leading company in the agricultural industry. We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Procurement Associate to join our team and contribute to a strategic digital transformation project. The Role The Procurement Associate will play a key role in supporting the global implementation of our new ERP system, contributing to the optimization of purchasing processes and the promotion of sustainable operations. This will be a unique opportunity to work on a high-impact project and develop skills in an international and innovative environment. Key Responsibilities Provide active support to the global implementation project of the SAP S4 system. Collaborate with the Procurement team to ensure the integration of sustainability practices into operations. Offer support to the Indirect Procurement team, in line with the new organizational model (TOM). Who We Are Looking For Prior work experience (2/3 years), preferably in Procurement or in roles involving support for complex projects. Strong interest in purchasing processes and sustainability. Ability to work in a team and adapt to dynamic environments. Proactivity and results-orientation. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with ERP systems (especially SAP) will be considered an advantage. Knowledge of company systems and dynamics will be considered a plus.
