This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers’ personalized expectations in this new technological era.What will help you succeed:Fluent English (C1 or B2 – Upper Intermediate).Being a digital passionate.Build Bridges & Enjoy solving problems.Being a Strategic Thinker.Strong interpersonal skills.Programming languages: Oracle SQL (Intermediate Queries) and MySQL.Good to have: knowledge in Java and Azure.Experience in Banking, Financial Services or Insurance.Knowledge in Agile (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) or at least active participation in Agile teams developing software solutions.Experience using Rally, JIRA, TFS or any other advanced tool for Agile teams.At Globant we believe that an inclusive culture and a diverse environment make us stronger.
