Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
Our Service Division is looking for an Account Manager Service .
The METTLER TOLEDO Service Team knows how to satisfy business needs by getting the best from instrumentation and equipment. The customer takes advantage of the experience, skills, and thorough know-how of our far-reaching team of thousands of dedicated service specialists all around the world and, much more importantly, in his/her immediate vicinity. Our service offering ensures optimal equipment uptime, performance, compliance, and the expertise necessary to maximize the investment of the customer.
Service Sales is responsible for selling Maintenance Contracts, Certificates, recursive and spot service offerings (e.g., Calibrations, Health checks, Trainings, Consultancy packs).
The candidate will report to the Sales Manager Service and will be part of the Sales Team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Building up long-term relationships with customers
- Analyzing and understanding customer needs
- Monitoring and finalizing the economical offers
- Making active follow-up with customers
What You Need to Succeed:
- High School Diploma/Master’s Degree
- At least 2 years of B2B service sales experience
- Good level of English and knowledge of main Windows Office programs
- Proactive and entrepreneurial attitude
- Based in Rome or its province
