Job Description:La Bottega Gluten Free S.r.l., a new Italian company, is looking for an experienced and proactive Sales and Administration Assistant to join its Italian team. The Sales & Admin office supports the Research Sales Team in the field and handles administrative tasks related to contracts, order management, invoice processing, customer service, and sales network development.
This is a part-time, hybrid position.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate high standards, excellent communication skills, initiative, and the ability to prioritize daily tasks. Strong leadership and deadline management skills are essential for success in this multifaceted role.
Responsibilities
The Sales and Administration Assistant will be responsible for:
- Administrative coordination, logistics, and customer service—ensuring smooth workflows between departments and supporting the sales team.
- Data management and reporting—maintaining accurate records, generating reports, and supporting the Italian and European sales teams.
- Billing & order processing—coordinating activities, monitoring performance, guiding team members, managing invoicing, validating orders, and following up on projects.
- Customer relationship management—handling requests related to orders, product availability, and billing issues, collaborating with internal teams.
- Team support—acting as a contact for administrative and bidding matters, including contract management and internal communication, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Coordinating logistics relations and preparing shipment documentation.
- Supporting sales network research and development.
Location: Porta Romana, Milan. Two days in-office, others remote.
Qualifications
- Degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Good knowledge of English preferred.
