Greentalent, recruiter specializzato nella ricerca e selezione di professional e manager nei settori Energy, Engineering e Environment, per società attiva nello sviluppo di impianti a fonti rinnovabili, ricerca un/unaIl/la candidato/a ideale ha una solida esperienza maturata in ambito energie rinnovabili per quanto riguarda il coordinamento delle attività di ingegneria necessarie allo sviluppo dei progetti.Responsabilità principali:Gestire delle attività a supporto delle fasi di sviluppo, acquisizione dei progetti, ed execution e supervisionare le diverse fasi progettuali (fattibilità, preliminare, definitivo, esecutivo, costruttivo) delle iniziative dallo sviluppo alla fase esecutiva;Gestire i progettisti esterni e i consulenti incaricati, revisionando e approvando la documentazione tecnica di progetto con coordinamento della integrazione tra le discipline specialistiche sia sull’impianto sia sulla connessione (progettazione, analisi di producibilità, selezione delle tecnologie, definizione layout, costructability);Redigere documenti/ elaborati progettuali di prefattibilità tecnica (layout PV, producibilità, ..);Prendere parte alle due diligence tecniche dei progetti in valutazione;Effettuare sopralluoghi per la valutazione dei siti;Definire le specifiche tecniche delle componenti principali di impianto;Effettuare le valutazioni Capex sulle componenti di impianto anche con l’ausilio di consulenti esterni o con EPC contractor;Supporto tecnico nei processi di procurement per assegnare servizi di progettazione e forniture;Effettuare le richieste di connessione degli impianti alla rete (MT/AT) e curarne la documentazione e il relativo iter, con competenze nella gestione dell’intero processo presso i gestori delle reti (come ad esempio richiesta preventivo /accettazione);Valutare le soluzioni di connessioni dal punto di vista delle opere previste anche specialistiche (AT/MT) partecipazione /gestione tavoli di coordinamento.Formazione in discipline tecniche;Esperienza di almeno 5 anni maturata nella gestione di progetti fotovoltaici;Capacità di redigere e interpretare elaborati tecnici, layout di impianto e schemi unifilari;Capacità di valutare implicazioni economiche delle soluzioni tecniche di connessioni e delle soluzioni progettuali degli impianti;Padronanza dei principali strumenti GIS, conoscenza di PVSyst e AutoCAD;Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;Disponibilità a trasferte.Completano il profilo ottime capacità relazionali e comunicative, spiccata attitudine al lavoro in team e volontà di inserirsi in un contesto dinamico ed in forte crescita.Sede di lavoro: Milano (ibrido).L’annuncio è rivolto a candidati ambosessi (L. 903/77) – Aegis Srl, AUT.
