This position is for a Customer Service Representative working under moderate supervision. The role involves supporting customer inquiries related to product availability, maintenance, and order status. The incumbent will develop foundational skills in executing established procedures, following detailed instructions to complete assigned tasks efficiently. Responsibilities include resolving basic customer service and billing issues, accurately obtaining and verifying customer details such as names, addresses, billing information, product numbers, and purchase specifications. The role requires maintaining and auditing records of customer interactions and ensuring data accuracy on order forms.
