Il candidato sarà responsabile della gestione quotidiana delle attività di cantiere per impianti fotovoltaici, con particolare attenzione alla qualità esecutiva, al rispetto delle tempistiche e alla sicurezza.ResponsabilitàCoordinare le installazioni in campo: impianto fotovoltaico, connessioni MT, infrastrutture ausiliarieSupervisionare le attività giornaliere delle squadre operative e dei subappaltatoriGarantire l’aderenza a disegni tecnici e specifiche di progettoEffettuare controlli qualità e sicurezza, gestione delle criticitàRedigere report giornalieri sull’avanzamento lavoriGestire la documentazione di cantiere (rapportini, consegna materiali, foto)Supportare le attività di collaudo e consegnaRequisitiEsperienza minima di 3 anni in cantiere (fotovoltaico, elettrico, civile)Conoscenza delle attività: posa strutture, cablaggi MT/AC, scavi, plinti, cabina MTCapacità di lettura del disegno tecnico e schemi elettriciIn possesso di almeno uno dei seguenti attestati: lavori in quota, PEI/PAV/PES, primo soccorso, antincendio, miniescavatore, piattaforma aereaLeadership, autonomia, capacità di lavorare sotto pressioneDisponibilità a trasferte anche prolungate su cantieri remotiItaliano fluente;la conoscenza dell’inglese è un plusCosa OffriamoProgetti concreti nel settore delle energie rinnovabiliAmbiente solido, in crescita e orientato alla qualitàSpese di viaggio, vitto, alloggio e indennità di trasferta copertePercorso di crescita tecnica e professionale
