B&B HOTELS Italia, divisione italiana del Gruppo Internazionale B&B HOTELS ricerca una nuova risorsa: Procurement Specialist.La figura assicura l’efficienza operativa del dipartimento di riferimento attraverso il monitoraggio dei fornitori, l’analisi dei costi e il supporto alle attività negoziali, con l’obiettivo di ottimizzare la supply chain aziendale.Principali attività:Verifica la correttezza e gestisce le RdA emesse dai diversi dipartimenti;Verifica le condizioni degli ordini in corrispondenza con offerte e richieste;Pianifica e gestisce ordini di acquisto attraverso software gestionali;Gestisce e coordina gli acquisti in termini di capex, opex e servizi;Garantisce e supporta le attività contabili inerenti gli acquisti;Gestisce il processo di qualifica dei nuovi fornitori, analizza e monitora i loro KPI;Esegue ricerche di sviluppo del prodotto, in linea con il business e con le ultime tendenze;Elabora e sviluppa reportistica periodica nonché gestisce l’archiviazione della documentazione inerente le attività di acquisto;Analizza i costi per individuare migliori condizioni d'acquisto e opportunità di risparmio;Supporta il proprio responsabile nello svolgimento delle attività di:Ricerca e selezione dei fornitori;Negoziazione e definizione delle condizioni contrattuali;Gestione listini;Monitoraggio del servizio;Principali requisiti:Laurea in materie economiche (il possesso di un Master in materie economiche sarà considerato un plus);Esperienza di almeno 1 anno nel ruolo (la provenienza da aziende con strutturati processi di approvvigionamento e acquisto sarà considerata un plus);Buona padronanza di strumenti informatici in particolare MS Office;Capacità comunicative, proattività, curiosità, abilità nel tenere relazioni con diversi interlocutori (sia interni che esterni);L’esperienza nel settore hotellerie, retail e/o hospitality sarà considerata un plus.Tutti i CV devono essere inviati comprensivi di autorizzazione al trattamento dei dati personali in conformità al Regolamento UE n. 2016/679 - GDPR e saranno utilizzati esclusivamente per la selezione in corso.
