Escalate more complex cases to the appropriate teams when required. What we are looking forFluency in Italian C2 level. English level: minimum B2 (intermediate) or higher. Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset. Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities remotely. Stable internet connection and a suitable home office setup.
