As a valued member of our Jet2holidays Airport team you’ll play a key role in creating a memorable and welcoming process for our customers as they arrive and depart the airport. You’ll be at the heart of creating memories for our customers.Create Memories Greet every customer with a warm welcome with our famous Jet2holidays smile. You will make our customers journey memorable from the very start.Take Responsibility Be a point of contact during flight disruptions emergencies and customer escalations ensuring every situation is handled with care and working together as one team to ensure we achieve our on-time performance service and customer satisfaction requirements.Be Present Represent Jet2holidays in the arrivals hall and departures terminal guiding and assisting customers throughout their airport experience.
