About the role The Credit team at Revolut creates and scales lending features that power global growth. They manage the entire product lifecycle, from backend systems to customer-facing experiences. By combining market insight, risk expertise, and technical precision, they deliver safe, forward-thinking solutions tailored to each region. We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to support supply chain finance, including both receivables and payables solutions. You’ll drive customer-centric supply chain finance solutions that are simple, seamless, scalable, and super slick to address capital challenges and needs that businesses face. What you'll be doing Owning our supply chain finance feature, including payables and receivables solutions Managing the full product lifecycle, from scoping to overseeing performance in the live environment Identifying market opportunities and defining product vision and strategy Understanding customer needs and pain points to gather product requirements Working with a cross-functional team of technical product owners, developers, designers, and operations managers Collaborating closely with credit risk, as well as 2nd and 3rd line teams Driving brilliant outcomes for our customers through solid teamwork Being responsible for delivering against a suite of customer-outcome and commercial KPIs What you'll need 5+ years of experience in supply chain finance (ideally in more than one supply chain finance product across payables and receivables financing) Excellent knowledge of the EU and UK supply chain finance industry, including local market nuances Proven success in developing and bringing to market new products, ideally in supply chain finance A detail-oriented, analytical, and innovative mindset Experience writing business requirements and working with development teams to translate this into live products Exceptional understanding of the end-to-end user journey for multiple supply chain finance products, from origination to ongoing management To be comfortable taking ownership and delivering ambitious goals A passion for building new processes and challenging the status quo Building a global financial super app isn't enough.
