Deine Aufgaben Koordination der Umsetzung von IT-Workplace-Initiativen und -Projekten Überwachung und Behebung von technischen Problemen und Störungen im Zusammenhang mit Arbeitsplatztechnologien Schaffung von Standards zur effektiven Nutzung von IT-Ressourcen und -Tools Bewertung und Implementierung neuer Technologien zur Verbesserung der Arbeitsumgebung Zusammenarbeit mit externen Partnern bei der Umsetzung von IT-Projekten Womit du uns überzeugst Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in der IT-Unterstützung und -Verwaltung von Arbeitsplätzen Fundierte Kenntnisse in Betriebssystemen (insbesondere Windows) Erfahrung im Umgang mit Netzwerkprotokollen und IT-Sicherheitsprinzipien Kenntnisse im Bereich M365 von Vorteil Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Problemlösungsfähigkeiten Erfahrung in der Koordination von technischen Projekten und Prozessen Wir bieten dir Gezielte Aus- und Weiterbildungsmöglichkeiten Flexible Arbeitszeiten Aussichtsreiche Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten Möglichkeit zum Homeoffice Essenstickets und Welfare-Pakete Attraktive Sozialleistung und Zusatzversicherungen Beitrag an den Raiffeisen Offenen Pensionsfonds hinsichtlich der Zusatzvorsorge im Ausmaß von 5,6% des Bruttogehaltes Kaffee, Snacks, frisches Obst und Erfrischungsgetränke werden in den RIS Offices bereitgestellt Wir freuen uns auf deine Online-Bewerbung. #J-18808-Ljbffr
