Il Team HR & Finance di Randstad Professional LSS, divisione focalizzata sulla ricerca e selezione di profili di Middle & Senior Management, è alla ricerca, per conto di un'importante realtà multinazionale leader nel settore trasporti e logistica, di un/una: HRBP Principali ResponsabilitàCurare la gestione del personale in tutte le sue fasi, assicurando il rispetto della normativa del lavoro. Gestire l'intero processo di Recruitment & Onboarding per le figure professionali richieste. Elaborare e implementare piani di Formazione e Sviluppo per i dipendenti. Occuparsi delle Employee Relations, gestendo la risoluzione di conflitti interni e la gestione disciplinare. Contribuire all'implementazione di progetti HR strategici quali Survey, performance management. RequisitiEsperienza consolidata in ambito HR Generalist/Specialist, preferibilmente in aziende strutturate o multinazionali. Buona padronanza degli Strumenti informatici – Pacchetto Office e gestionali HR. Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (minimo B2). Solida conoscenza della Normativa del lavoro. Completano il profilo doti di precisione e affidabilità, ottime capacità comunicative e relazionali, capacità di lavorare in autonomia e in team, competenze organizzative, attenzione ai dettagli, flessibilità, capacità di adattamento, orientamento al risultato e problem solving.
