Sales ManagerResponsabilità principaliPianificare e gestire i propri viaggi di lavoro in linea con le indicazioni del Direttore Commerciale, le strategie e i budget aziendali.Partecipare attivamente a Sales Missions e a Fiere nazionali e internazionali , rappresentando l’hotel con professionalità e autorevolezza.Stipulare contratti commerciali con agenzie di viaggio e con clientela corporate , consolidando e ampliando il portafoglio clienti.Aggiornare e mantenere i file con liste contratti e produzioni mensili , garantendo un’organizzazione efficiente dell’ufficio vendite.Monitorare costantemente l’andamento delle vendite e proporre azioni correttive per raggiungere gli obiettivi prefissati.Collaborare con il reparto Marketing per la definizione di campagne promozionali e strategie di comunicazione.Analizzare i mercati di riferimento e individuare nuove opportunità di business.Mantenere relazioni solide e durature con partner strategici e clienti chiave.Preparare report periodici sull’andamento commerciale e presentare risultati al Direttore Commerciale.Coordinarsi con gli altri reparti dell’hotel (Front Office, Eventi, Food & Beverage) per garantire un servizio integrato e coerente con gli standard di lusso.Requisiti richiestiEsperienza comprovata di almeno 4/5 anni come Sales Manager esclusivamente in hotels di lusso.Conoscenza approfondita del mercato turistico e corporate, nazionale e internazionale.Eccellenti capacità di negoziazione e gestione delle relazioni commerciali.Disponibilità a viaggiare.Forte orientamento ai risultati e capacità di lavorare in autonomia nel rispetto delle strategie aziendali.Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese; la conoscenza di altre lingue sarà considerata un plus.Elevate doti di empatia e spiccata capacità di integrarsi e collaborare efficacemente all’interno del team commerciale.Competenze analitiche e padronanza di strumenti di reporting e CRM.Elevata capacità organizzativa e attenzione ai dettagli.Flessibilità, proattività e problem solving.Ottima presentazione personale e capacità di rappresentare il brand in contesti di alto profilo.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and manage business trips in line with the Commercial Director’s guidelines, company strategies, and budgets.Actively participate in Sales Missions and national and international trade fairs , representing the hotel with professionalism and authority.Negotiate and finalize commercial contracts with travel agencies and corporate clients , consolidating and expanding the client portfolio.Update and maintain files with contract lists and monthly production reports , ensuring efficient organization of the sales office.Monitor sales performance and propose corrective actions to achieve set targets.Collaborate with the Marketing department to define promotional campaigns and communication strategies.Analyze target markets and identify new business opportunities.Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with strategic partners and key clients.Prepare periodic reports on commercial performance and present results to the Commercial Director.Coordinate with other hotel departments (Front Office, Events, Food & Beverage) to ensure integrated service aligned with luxury standards.RequirementsProven experience of at least 4/5 years as a Sales Manager exclusively in luxury hotels .In-depth knowledge of the tourism and corporate markets, both national and international.Excellent negotiation skills and ability to manage commercial relationships.International mindset and willingness to travel.Strong results orientation and ability to work independently while respecting company strategies.Excellent command of English; knowledge of additional languages will be considered an asset.Demonstrated empathy and strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to integrate effectively into the sales team.Analytical skills and proficiency in reporting tools and CRM systems.High organizational skills and attention to detail.Flexibility, proactivity, and problem-solving attitude.Excellent personal presentation and ability to represent the brand in high-profile contexts.
