This role offers the opportunity to learn, contribute, and support Lean transformation initiatives within our European team. What You’ll Do Support Lean transformation activities in diverse electromechanical manufacturing environments and administrative processes. Participate in continuous improvement / Kaizen projects (5S, VSM, Standard Work, DMS, Line Balancing & Yamazumi, SMED, TPM, Problem Solving). Analyze data and operational activities to identify improvement opportunities and reduce waste. Support the implementation and deployment of the Daily Management System (DMS). Learn and apply Lean methodologies through hands‑on involvement. Required Availability to travel within the European region Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in various work environments. Basic understanding of Lean tools. Nice to Have Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or quality.
