And that’s where you come in.AccountabilitiesCarry out 3D mechanical integration analysis of all the different train components with creation of dedicated reportsManagement and development of mechanical systems through the SRD, supplier onboarding and codesign processManagement of full train digital mock in 3D cad software.Development of tolerances stack up analysis and management plan to guarantee correct component mechanical integration on the trainCreation of full train assembly drawings for train manufacturingDesign of mechanical components such as welded frames or bracketry for the overall systems integrationCompetencies (optional)3D CAD software knowledge, especially Creo, Catia and AutodeskKnowledge of DOORS for requirement managementKnowledge of the main office automation software/tools (Word, Excel, etc.)Required Skills/ KnowledgeBeing able to be autonomous in short timeCapability of working with fast-changing priorities in a dynamic environmentStrong team working attitude and ability to collaborate with international colleagues and senior design expertsDesired Skills/ KnowledgeGeneral knowledge of railway vehicles working principlesPassionate about railway industryKnowledge of relevant standards and regulations for rail vehicle designKnowledge of Engineering Processes and Railway OperationsAvailability for short-term national and international business trips is preferredEducation/QualificationsMechanical engineering degree or equivalent technical backgroundLanguages (optional)Good knowledge of written and spoken English is mandatory.
