Hill International is seeking to hire a Project Services Manager for one of our oil & gas projects based in Milano, Italy.QualificationsBachelor Degree from an accredited university.Work experience of fifteen (15) years in Project Services / Project Control after earning degree.Excellent spoken and written English including proven ability to write reports.ResponsibilitiesMain responsibilities:Responsible for management of Cost Control, Planning & Progress, and Document Control.Ensure accuracy and regularity of project progress analysis according to project procedures.Monitor data and technical documentation throughout the lifecycle of the projects.Ensure that all technical documentation produced for the project complies with project requirements.Archive all final documentation at the end of the activity.Maintain quality and consistency of project package definition.Complete engineering activities according to plan.Apply relevant norms, local rules, company standards, and international best practices on accident prevention, human protection, environmental impact reduction, and energy efficiency.Key ActivitiesManage Cost, Schedule, and Documentation functions.Coordinate with project scheduling and analysis engineers to align project timelines and costs.Develop and implement project procedures for Cost, Schedule, and Documentation functions.Feed project accounting data into enterprise systems.#J-18808-Ljbffr
