The Group, a world leader in the luxury sector, operates in more than 45 countries with the PRADA, Miu Miu, Church’s and Car Shoe brands, and has employees of over 100 nationalities.JOB PURPOSEWe are looking for a person with background and attitude oriented towards the design of spaces and that will follow design activities of Windows concepts for the Retail geographical area of reference, in compliance with quality standards, established times and in collaboration with the other functions of the project team (Retail Design, Purchasing, Visual Merchandising, Retail, Graphic Office). The role involves a strong attention to detail and a technical-application approach, having care in the declination of the concept based on the specificities of each windows, following its development up to the final physical realization.RESPONSIBILITIESInterpretation of the Windows concept and 2D/3D CAD design of the prototype;Project management in its technical evolution by helping to define the details, ensuring updates and changes, also in terms of project feasibility;Guarantee the executive quality of the project, proposing solutions in line with the characteristics of the product (footwear, Ready-to-wear, leather goods) and the events associated with the realization (collection, holidays, etc.);Update and maintain technical documentation and project repository;Collaborate with the Visual representatives for the optimization of the product display and with the Graphic team for the visual elements present in the window;Interfacing with local technicians for the implementation of projects in the assigned geographical area.KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLSDegree in Architecture/ Industrial Design or related2 years of experience in indoor and/or outdoor space design activitiesMastery of Design tools such as Autocad (knowledge of 3D design software such as Rhinoceros will be considered as a strong plus)Passion for detail and aesthetic sensitivityQuick learning ability and adaptabilityAptitude for teamwork and cross-functional collaborationGood knowledge of the English languageBasic knowledge of Photoshop and InDesign is a plusJoining our Company means working in a creative and international environment, with teams of people motivated by curiosity and the quest for excellence.
