Job Description The Cockpit Technical Delivery Manager (TDM) is responsible to drive the design, development and delivery of SmartCockpit program on specific EE architecture. The overall role will be to coordinate design, development and validation teams through their program related activities and ensure launch successfully. First role will be for xEV vehicle programs, mainly based in Turin. Main Activities Coordinate the end‑to‑end technical component solution with the support of development representatives (i.e. Technical Project Managers – TPMs). Collaborate with TDMs/TPMs in other areas of Stellantis (Brain, OTA, ADAS, CSX…) to ensure cross‑domain dependencies are clear, reviewed, considered. Create, maintain, monitor and present the major program KPIs: Feature Roll‑Out Plan, Validation Status, Defect Convergence Curve. Present the Program status on weekly basis to FEAB organization. Support CME presenting status updates at management level, to ensure names/dates/deliverables can be tracked and support awareness to the global program team. Ensure the readiness of the program for the main PDP milestones and discuss it with QUAL, taking advantage of the CKPT quality manager support. Escalate technical conflicts between groups/organizations to CME and leadership to align on solutions and deliver on chosen decision. Proactively address open points and issues and bring them to resolution to ensure successful project outcome. Manage technical arbitration on open topics and on change request to correctly schedule them in the program roll‑out without impacting the delivery. Ensure validated component testing meets all functional and performance objectives. Meet timing and cost objectives. Profile Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent combination of education and experience. A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in automotive related roles. Previous experience with onboard ECUs program management with successful track record of delivering features/programs. Experience with Quality, Timing, Cost, Planning (QTCP). Ability to work in a globally distributed team across multiple time zones. Be goal‑oriented in the achievement of project results. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. English Language – Fluent. Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Teams – Proficient. Agile Development Process – Intermediate. Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in engineering, Information Technology, or other directly related field. Italian Language – Proficient. Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, Prince2) or related field. Strong multi‑tasking capabilities in a cross functional setting. Experience with risk management techniques and tools, and ability to effectively forecast and manage risk to connected vehicle launches. Ability to create clear / concise presentations for review with multiple levels of management. Excellent problem solving and communication skills both oral and written.
