Your role at KIKO MILANO
We are looking for a Innovation Intern to join KIKO MILANO’s Marketing team, reporting to the Product Manager.
Such talent will support the product manager in strategic projects for the brand.

In particular, you will:

Conduct market researches to identify new consumer needs, emerging trends and competitive landscape in the cosmetics industry
Analyze market datas and consumer feedbacks to identify new opportunities for product differentiation and positioning
Analyze trends and competition and identify new consumer insights
Stay updated on industry innovations, emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation
Support in developing internal presentations
Support in developing and execute new product launches
Actively manage communications with all stakeholders ensuring everyone is updated
Report to the product manager and collaborate with the cross-functional team

What you will need to succeed
Degree in Economics, Marketing or Communication
Previous internship experience in a similar role for a multinational company preferred
Creative, curious and passionate about beauty industry
Analytical and organizational skills
Good knowledge of Office package
Good knowledge of Microsoft outlook
Fluent in English
