To support our growing company, we are currently looking for Global Consumer Experience Specialist (m/w/d) Your responsibilities: Community Management and Consumer Experience: Grow and engage the brand’s social media community while monitoring trends and feedback. Provide insights, manage crises, and consumer service alignment and support. Content Management: Coordinate content creation with creators and partners, ensuring smooth workflows. Maintain asset libraries and review content for brand consistency and visual alignment. Offline Communication Support: Collaborate with market teams to plan and execute events and activations. Deliver toolkits and post-event insights to ensure consistent brand experiences.
