The Group, a world leader in the luxury sector, operates in more than 45 countries with the PRADA, Miu Miu, Versace, Church’s, Car Shoe and Luna Rossa brands, and has employees of over 100 nationalities.JOB PURPOSECarry out on-site audits at Group suppliers or desktop reviews, supporting the HSE Managers (RSPP) of the Prada Group.RESPONSIBILITIESSUPPLIER AUDITSConduct on-site audits or desktop reviews at the Group’s suppliersPromote and disseminate a culture of health and safety throughout the entire production chain, in line with the company’s Code of Ethics, Supplier Code of Conduct, and core valuesVerify supplier compliance with current Health & Safety and environmental regulationsFollow up on corrective actions to ensure timely and proper implementationSUPPORT TO INDUSTRIAL HSE MANAGERS (RSPP)Support the Prada Group’s industrial HSE ManagersPerform risk assessments within the companyPrepare and deliver H&S training to Prada Group personnelImplement and monitor compliance with H&S procedures within the company (e.g., checking the use of PPE, monitoring workplace accidents, drafting emergency management procedures, conducting drills)KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS5-7 years of experience in a similar roleDegree in Humanities, Economics, or LawKnowledge of sustainability topics: Working conditions, Occupational health and safety, Environmental protection, and Business ethicJoining our Company means working in a creative and international environment, with teams of people motivated by curiosity and the quest for excellence.
