This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers’ personalized expectations in this new technological era.What you will doNegotiate and close good MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, Supplier Agreements, Marketing, product licenses, and SaaS dealsLead deep, relationship‑focused negotiations with the largest companies in the worldWrite clearly in Italian and English; Spanish language would be a plusServe as a legal generalist and tech‑law expert, with deep knowledge in civil and commercial laws, IP, privacy law, financial regulations, and data protection regulationsAnalyze marketing, human resources, financial, and commercial projects to provide practical legal advice across multiple jurisdictionsAdvise on complex legal issues, including data leaks, security of information, personal data breaches, and international data transfersSupport compliance, corporate, and business teams on data protection laws and governance requirementsParticipate in M&A operations through integrations of acquired companiesManage and coordinate external law firmsCoordinate and manage potential judicial and non‑judicial disputesContinuously update yourself towards developments in new laws, regulations, important judgments, and regulatory guidanceElaborate and handle RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, and public tendersWhat will help you succeedFluency in English and Italian, oral and written; Spanish would be a plusAt least 4 years of relevant experience in a law firm and/or in‑house legal departmentNegotiation of national and international contractsNegotiation skillsExperience in the labor law fieldExperience negotiating tech‑related dealsExperience in the technology spaceHighly collaborative personDiscrete and low‑profile behaviourAmbition to grow while helping the business growThis job can be filled in Milan.Create with us digital products that people love.
