Descrizione azienda For an international Corporate Bank with a strong presence in Italy, we are seeking a Loan Administrator to join the Operations team. The selected candidate will join the Operations function with the objective of ensuring the correct operational management of loan products, in full compliance with internal procedures, contractual terms and applicable regulations. Managing loan sales, transfers and participations, including settlement, recording and maintenance of the relevant data. Performing daily reconciliation of Nostro accounts and identifying and resolving any discrepancies. Monitoring incoming funds to client accounts and ensuring timely allocation. Recording, updating and maintaining credit facilities within the bank's systems, ensuring consistency with contractual documentation. Carrying out formal checks on the completeness and accuracy of data entered into internal systems. Preparing periodic reporting, including daily MI and monthly reconciliations. 2–4 years of prior experience in Loan Administration, Banking Back Office or Financial Operations. ~ Excellent command of the English language. ~
