About the Aftersales DepartmentThe Aftersales department of BYD Europe is responsible for all fleet operation, service & maintenance, technical diagnose & analysis and product improvement related topics concerning our full electric buses and trucks.This is including, but not limited to providing technical support to our customers and service providers and continuous feedback to HQ and R&D teams internally for product improvement.The main objective of the After-sales department is to build a relationship of mutual trust and knowledge with the customers, in order to ensure their continued satisfaction, which will benefit the business and future sales.The Mobile Engineer is responsible for providing exceptional aftersales service to customers of commercial vehicles, ensuring the highest standards of vehicle maintenance, repair, and customer satisfaction. This role involves extensive travel to customer sites, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, performing preventive maintenance, and promoting company products and services to enhance customer loyalty.Main ResponsibilitiesTechnical SupportUndertake and assist with post-sales operational issues (e.g. technical diagnosis, repairs and maintenance);Check and collect feedback on the technical documentation (e.g. manuals, diagnostic diagrams, etc.);Take a lead role in providing technical solutions for highly sensitive topics;Help Authorized Workshops implement technical updates and activity campaigns;Create FMEA / D-FMEA reports, help improve products together with R&D and QA teams.Support team managementSupervise diagnostic tools, special equipment and spare parts in current use at authorized workshops.Collaborate with authorized workshops to provide our customers with excellent capabilities and quality of service.Relationship with the customerDevelop and maintain relationships with customers;Schedule account and operational meetings with customers;Management of customer requests and complaints.Your profileResident near Taranto (TA)Bachelor’s degree in engineering or higher.Relevant experience in maintenance is an advantage, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.Self-motivated, responsible, and capable of working independently.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).Fluent in English; proficiency in Chinese is a plus.We offerJob in a fast-growing company and industry which represents sustainable technology;Performance and experience based competitive remuneration;Commuting allowance;Team building events and employee learning opportunities.Please note that position is open for candidates eligible to work in Italy.Our Purpose is to build a zero-emission future that reconnects humanity with nature and a World of clean air.
