Job Purpose The Credit Collector is responsible for managing the collection of outstanding accounts receivable from customers, ensuring timely payments, minimizing credit risk, and maintaining positive customer relationships in alignment with company policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities Monitor the accounts receivable ledger to identify overdue accounts. Contact customers via phone, email, or other channels to follow up on unpaid invoices.
