Senior AR Analyst with Spanish, Amazon Advertising Job ID: | Amazon Czech Republic Services s.r.o. - G88 Our Financial Operations team is now looking for a proactive, customer and detail oriented Finance Analyst whose main responsibility will be to manage and resolve receivables and payment related queries received from our business customers. As part of our commitment to your development, you will gain exposure to cross-functional and process improvement projects, and your responsibilities will include: Managing customer liabilities to Amazon – credit collection operations Reviewing and monitoring AR Aging Reports and collections targets Responding to customer invoicing inquiries, researching unpaid or disputed amounts, and working directly with the customer to resolve issues and correct invoicing errors Reconciling Amazon’s open receivables with customers to ensure quick and timely AR collection Working effectively with all relevant stakeholders to serve customers in the most effective manner, especially for customers facing cash flow or internal issues Earning the trust of external and internal stakeholders/customers, building long‑lasting relationships that reinforce Amazon’s customer centricity and continually looking for ways to improve customer experience and satisfaction Working with Amazon customers to drive process improvements and resolve escalations and discrepancies Diagnosing, improving and fixing any issues with our current collections processes Basic Qualifications Fluent Spanish and English Very good communication and analytical skills Positive attitude towards issue resolution Good MS Office skills Passion for financial operations, open communication and comfort around higher management Communicative, willing and able to sort issues and financial data interchange through phone and email Ability to present in front of different audiences Preferred Qualifications Previous Account Receivables, Customer Care, or other customer‑facing department experience Previous experience in remote teams, being in contact with customers through phone and/or email Finance background or previous experience with finance is an advantage Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
