Role summary At BizAway we’re shaping the foundations of Product Design and we’re looking for a Designer who’s passionate about creating intuitive, user-centered digital products . You’ll work across the full design process: from discovery and research to prototyping and testing, all the way to polished, production-ready designs. Your role in BizAway Lead design discovery activities within your squad, working closely with Product Managers and developers Collaborate with the other Product Designers ensuring consistency through the entire platform and journeys Turn insights and requirements into flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs Test solutions with users and iterate based on qualitative and quantitative data Guide the Research Strategy within your squad and manage with other designers the Research repository Contribute to the design system and its evolution Organize and manage co-design sessions and workshops, helping to spread a strong design culture Impact measurement: evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions through data and feedback, maintaining a continuous improvement cycle What we're looking for 4–6 years of experience as a UX/Product Designer ideally in digital product companies with rapid growth You're not just a task executor, but a strategic collaborator working closely with Designers, Product Managers, Developers, and other department stakeholders A portfolio showcasing your end-to-end design process, we don’t care about the aesthetic but the way you take decisions and solve problems Proficiency with Figma and familiarity with analytics and collaboration tools (we use Amplitude, Qlik, FigJam and Miro) A user-obsessed, data-driven mindset Excellent communication skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams Fluent English (Italian is a plus, but not required) You believe in the power of simplicity in everything you do – eliminating the unnecessary to focus on what truly matters to the user Strong communicator who articulates design rationale clearly and persuasively, yet remains open to feedback and collaboration Why join us Contribute to the evolution of a fast-growing traveltech product with direct impact on thousands of users Be part of an international, dynamic, and collaborative team Work in an environment where curiosity, learning, and experimentation are encouraged Help us define the value of Product Design within BizAway as we scale We are also interested in Experience in the travel industry or enterprise SaaS solutions Our offer A seat on a scale-up with skyrocketing growth, attractive compensation including equity in the company, development of your entrepreneurial spirit with real-impact decisions, multicultural and international team, collaborative and smart environment to work and learn, free coffee to kick-start your day and free beers to celebrate together, remote work and flexible policy with great offices in Europe.
