Join to apply for the IT Infrastructure & Security Manager role at Banca Sistema SpALa risorsa sarà responsabile della gestione e dell'evoluzione dell'infrastruttura IT e della sicurezza informatica del Gruppo, garantendo alti livelli di servizio (SLA), continuità operativa e conformità normativa.Sarà inoltre chiamata a supportare la Direzione nello sviluppo di progetti di digital transformation a supporto delle divisioni di business, sia a livello nazionale che internazionale.Responsabilità principaliGestire e supervisionare l'infrastruttura IT aziendale (reti, server, storage, sistemi).Garantire la sicurezza ICT e la continuità operativa attraverso piani BCM/DR aggiornati.Assicurare il rispetto dei requisiti di compliance normativa (GDPR, ISO 27001, NIS2, DORA).Gestire risorse IT interne e coordinare fornitori esterni in modalità "virtual team".Collaborare con la Direzione per l'implementazione di soluzioni tecnologiche innovative e sostenibili.Monitorare le performance infrastrutturali e segnalare tempestivamente criticità o vulnerabilità.Definire e gestire il budget IT, in coerenza con le linee guida aziendali.Competenze tecniche richiesteEsperienza nella gestione di infrastrutture IT complesse (on-premise, IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).Conoscenza di ambienti Office 365, Azure, Oracle OCI.Ottima padronanza di strumenti di sicurezza: firewall, IDS/IPS, SIEM, antivirus, crittografia.Esperienza con Windows Server e Linux/Unix.Conoscenza di backup, disaster recovery, virtualizzazione e containerizzazione (VMware, Docker, Kubernetes).Capacità di analisi e problem solving in contesti ad alta complessità.Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese.Esperienza in cybersecurity per ambienti cloud.Conoscenza di linguaggi di scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python).Esperienza con MDM, endpoint protection, IAM.Approccio proattivo, leadership collaborativa e forte orientamento ai risultati.Requisiti formativiLaurea in discipline informatiche o ingegneristiche.Almeno 3 anni di esperienza in ruoli analoghi o come Sistemista Network in contesti complessi.Settore: Banca e servizi finanziariRuolo: IT/TechnologyTipo di occupazione: Contratto a tempo indeterminato#J-18808-Ljbffr
