Overview Your role: As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will help drive the implementation of Lean-based manufacturing methods and support the continuous optimization of our production processes. You will work closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Logistics to improve flow, eliminate waste, and ensure smooth, efficient operations. You will perform activities such as production time estimation, layout design, KPI monitoring, 5S and process audits, automation assessments, and supporting new product introductions. Qualifications A degree in Engineering and/or 1–3 years of experience in Lean-oriented manufacturing environments. Hands-on experience applying Lean principles and strong attention to safety, quality, ergonomics, and efficiency. A proactive, collaborative, and problem-solving mindset. Ability to work in a challenging environment and engage directly with the shop floor when needed. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and good command of English. Integrity, reliability, and a drive for continuous improvement and sustainability. Positive attitude and curiosity mindset.
