We are looking for talented technicians to help full‑scale production of the Leo satellites. The success of Leo depends on the quality, reliability, cost, manufacturability, throughput, and security of the products you deliver.Key ResponsibilitiesChampion safety requirements in all designated zones and work locations.Assemble and test with emphasis on detail an assortment of avionic LRUs, electrical‑mechanical assemblies, handle and install fiber‑optics, and PCBAs.Ensure lab equipment is maintained and calibrated.Support preventative maintenance activities on test equipment and data acquisition systems.Identify equipment requirements, process improvements, and maintain floor stock inventory.Independently execute and prioritize work to meet company deliverables.Execute test procedures for component and system‑level testing maintenance.Receive shipments and coordinate deliveries with recipients using pallet jacks, kit carts, etc.Contribute to improving SOPs and safety procedures.Basic QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent.1+ years in a high‑traceability manufacturing environment or relevant trade school certification.1+ year of hand‑tools experience (e.g., calipers, multi‑meters, torque wrenches).1+ year working with test tools and test methods that adequately validate the system.Preferred QualificationsAviation & Powerplant (A&P) certification/license; prior telecom (fiber optics) experience is a plus.CFOT certification or equivalent experience.Airman or Avionic certification or equivalent experience; ASE certification or equivalent experience.Experience in a fast‑paced production environment with flight hardware.Ability to use precision measuring instruments.1+ years able to read, interpret, and work from engineering documentation and/or drawings.Experience working with FOD, ESD‑sensitive hardware, and clean‑room requirements.1+ years of electro‑mechanical assembly, final integration, and/or harness integration experience.Ability to work effectively in a team environment.Ability to rapidly change roles/responsibilities while working in a high‑paced, challenging environment.Shift ScheduleSecond Shift: 4/10s Sun‑Wednesday 5pm–3:30pmPayThe starting pay for this role in Washington State is up to $33.50 per hour, with incremental raises based on tenure.
